The deployment is the product.
Licences do not fix anything on their own. What changes an estate is a careful assessment, a design that fits what you already run, a cutover with a tested fallback, and someone answering the phone afterwards who knows your topology.
— Services
What we actually do.
Network assessment
We map the address space, the device estate and the privileged accounts, and hand you the gap list. You own the document whether or not you buy anything.
Solution design
Sites, redundancy, integration points, migration order and the rollback at each stage — written before any hardware is ordered.
Migration
Moving off legacy DNS, an old MDM or a password vault, in stages, with both running until the new one is proven.
Deployment & staging
Installation, configuration and device staging, with your team in the room so knowledge transfers as we go.
AMC
Annual maintenance on the hardware we supply, with warranty and RMA handled by us rather than by your service desk.
Managed support
Ongoing operation of the platform under an agreed SLA, for teams who would rather not carry it internally.
— Support
Three tiers. Pick the one your uptime needs.
Response time is when an engineer who can act is engaged, not when a ticket is acknowledged by a system.
| Standard | Business | Critical | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coverage | 9×5, Mon–Fri | 12×6 | 24×7 |
| P1 response | 4 hours | 1 hour | 30 minutes |
| P2 response | Next business day | 4 hours | 2 hours |
| On-site | Next business day, NCR | Same day, NCR | Same day, pan-India |
| Named engineer | — | Yes | Yes, plus a backup |
| Quarterly review | — | Yes | Yes, monthly |
Indicative tiers — confirm the exact commitments you offer before this goes live.
Before you ask.
Do we have to buy the hardware from you?
No. We will deploy on the estate you already own and tell you honestly if something in it is going to be the constraint. Buying it here just means the boxes arrive staged and the AMC is one contract.
Can you deploy only one of the three products?
Yes, and most engagements start that way. DDI first is the common order, because the address and device truth it establishes makes the other two accurate. But if the audit finding is on privileged access, start with PAM.
What does the assessment cost and what do we get?
It is scoped per estate size. You get a written gap list covering address space, device estate and privileged accounts, with a recommended order of work. The document is yours regardless of whether you go further.
How long does a typical deployment take?
A single-site DDI deployment is usually weeks, not months. A multi-site migration off legacy DNS with branch survivability is longer and we will say so in the design, with the stages and the rollback at each one.
Do you work outside Delhi NCR?
Yes. We are based in Gurugram and most on-site work is in NCR, but deployments run pan-India and remote support covers all sites regardless of location.
What happens if we want to leave?
You keep your data and your configuration, and we will document the estate for whoever takes it over. A partner who makes leaving painful is telling you something about their confidence.
